HOLY GHOST RUINS
Located in the Holy Ghost Cemetery, this place is the burial site of a Mrs Blunden - who got buried alive in 1674.
She had drunk poppy water instead of wine, which put her into a coma. She was buried that day before the hot summer could affect her body. Upon being dug up later - they found a struggle in her coffin.
Children can hear her struggle beneath the ground to this day.
PRIEST KNOWLEDGE
Upon talking to the priest of the local church (who happened to be walking his two dogs) - The whole cemetery is packed with bodies on top of bodies; under every patch of land, for hundreds of years.
Gravestones marked a path towards the ruins and while we came across no evidence of ghostly happenings - we were completely overwhelmed by the spiritual feeling of the place. Something that doesn’t happen often.
