OLDBURY COURT ESTATE

This park is known to be haunted by a Catholic Monk who secretly celebrated mass at a time when it was illegal to do so.  Hidden in a priest hole, he found himself trapped and starved to death.

He can be found now floating around the park with his arms outstretched.

The former site of a large estate owned by plantation owners.

Now demolished, there lies a park owned by the Bristol Council. 

OUR EXPERIENCE

One of the scarier places we have visited; the place was in disarray, with burned out buildings and the smell of smoke still strong in the air. 

Penn entered a walled off area and was met with the face of a child in one of the buildings windows.

We didn’t come across any priests however.

We will definitely have to return and check out the haunted bridge that is here as well.
