HAUNTED ANTIQUES MUSEUM EXPERIENCE

HAUNTED ANTIQUES MUSEUM

The Haunted Antiques Museum is one of the largest collections of haunted artifacts in the world. The building itself dates back to the 19th Century but the beams inside are said to date back to the 16th Century.

Notable haunted antiques: A wheelchair that moves by itself, dolls which talk and move at night, and a handful of cursed objects which stay with you long after you visit the museum.

OUR EXPERIENCE

On our arrival, were given a short tour by the owner, Neil.

We were not told the history of many of the items, I assume to give us an un-biased platform to examine the antiques, as the goal of the Paranormal Research Centre is to document its haunted findings.

Neil mentioned that his favourite haunted artifact was a doll named Anne (pictured in the bottom left of the image). Upon investigation of Anne, we heard a REM-Pod making a noise in the other room, even though Jake had fully turned the REM-Pod off.

We still don’t know how this is possible and don’t really have an explanation for this. Footsteps could also be heard throughout the night at various points. One specific time, in the “safe room”, which is by far the loudest and clearest footsteps we have ever captured on camera.

The “Seance Room” at the back of the building had a large broken mirror, which is apparently some kind of portal that has spirits entering to our world through it. We didn’t experience too much activity in this room except for the REM-Pod, but it felt AWFUL whenever you were left alone there.

We slept overnight at this location, and in that time, experienced many weird happenings. The most notable of such being in the “Military Room”, where the EMF and REM-Pods seemed to not shut up and at a few points in the night, a glass cabinet opened by itself. We found treading at a certain spot on the floor opens the door, however, this also seemed to happen when we were doing nothing.

At one point, Jake sat in the wheelchair and upon us asking the spirits to use his energy, started feeling feint and weak. We also tried using the Spirit Box with Jake in the wheelchair, and got good results of a spirit trying its hardest to push Jake, before saying that it was too hard.
